3. Eliminate high fat dairy products like cheese, whole milk, sour cream and yogurts.
4. Monitor your carbohydrate intake. Too many carbs may get you into trouble.
5. Never, never eat sugar before going to bed.
6. Water is your friend. Drink a minimum of 80 ounces of pure water each day.
7. Say NO to all fried foods.
